Owner of the Mobile Device Management environment, led implementation projects for Intune and FileWave, and was responsible for the management and security of devices using these tools. As part of IT-Operations, the role also included general administration and troubleshooting of various features and services in Entra ID, Active Directory, on-premises infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.

Customer-facing second line technical support for most Apple products and services. Also delivered training sessions, individual coaching, and quality assurance for our department of over 150 employees.

Virtual Cloud Desktop Delivery @ Swedish Bank

Technical lead for the Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 platform, supporting the full journey from PoC to production.

• Drove technical design across IAM, networking, resilience, security controls, and cost optimization.
• Implemented Nerdio and designed all supporting infrastructure for the platform.
• Performed risk assessments and closed critical security and network-segmentation gaps.
• Delivered design workshops and produced key technical decision material.

Azure Cloud Adoption @ Swedish Bank

Technical lead driving Azure Cloud Adoption. Responsible for the technical design, identifying security gaps and risks, and serving as a key contributor in moving the project forward.

• Developed baseline DevOps pipelines and reusable Bicep modules, enabling application teams to adopt Azure more efficiently.
• Leveraged the Microsoft CAF Service Enablement framework to accelerate Azure-native development by implementing governance and guardrails across multiple services.
• Led the design of the Azure Platform IAM strategy, including Privileged Identity Management and an Azure RBAC model.
• Collaborated closely with project management as a key technical resource, driving architectural discussions, resolving roadblocks, and coordinating technical work across multiple domains while ensuring alignment with design decisions and compliance frameworks.

During the development of a Power Apps Canvas App for creating and managing shipping manifests, my responsibilities included coordinating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and overseeing development to ensure the application met the security and operational requirements set by the client.
