IT Operations @ Max Matthiessen

Owner of the Mobile Device Management environment, led implementation projects for Intune and FileWave, and was responsible for the management and security of devices using these tools. As part of IT-Operations, the role also included general administration and troubleshooting of various features and services in Entra ID, Active Directory, on-premises infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.

Senior Support Technician @ Teleperformance

Customer-facing second line technical support for most Apple products and services. Also delivered training sessions, individual coaching, and quality assurance for our department of over 150 employees.

Virtual Cloud Desktop Delivery @ Swedish Bank

Technical lead and architectural owner for the Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 platform, leading the transition from PoC to production and driving the technical direction across the platform.

• Owned the end-to-end technical architecture across IAM, networking, security, resilience, governance, and cost optimisation.
• Led the delivery team as technical lead, owning the technical implementation and quality of the team’s work, ensuring it met the required standards and aligned with the overall architecture and requirements.
• Led the implementation and integration of Nerdio as the management and orchestration layer for Azure Virtual Desktop, while owning the design and delivery of the supporting Azure infrastructure, including private networking, access restrictions, and security controls.
• Identified and drove remediation of critical security and network segmentation risks, ensuring the platform met enterprise security and operational requirements.
• Shaped key architectural decisions and technical strategy through design workshops, stakeholder alignment, and technical decision documentation.
